Elin Synnøve Bråthen performs solo, in a duo with keyboardist or guitarist, or with a full band. Throughout her active carrere, she has given a number of concerts, and performed at events, on TV and the radio. The repertoire is a mix between her own songs and covers. She loves playing tailor-made concerts for small intimate crowds, where she can add personal anecdotes and bond with the audience.

She has often been engaged to solo with larger ensembles like big bands and choirs. Music colleagues compliment her cleverness at arranging voices, and brings her in at the creative stage as well as on stage. Fellow artists within a spectrum of styles have included Elin Synnøves voice on their recordings. Lately, she has also assumed the role of producer. 

Additionally, Elin Synnøve's voice is a sought after instrument for reading of texts and voiceovers. Her Norwegian signature accent has given voice both to commercials and cartoons, as well as political statements and academic presentations.
